Yes, we really do. We have both live breathing people and automated server monitoring 24/7/365. In leap years, we will monitor our servers 24/7/366.

We use and recommend Firefox for web browsing & Thunderbird for e-mail. They are both free to download and use.

How do I track my web site traffic?

We recommend using Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics). It's free and easy to use. After you sign-up, they will give you a small piece of HTML code that you will need to insert into each of the pages you want to track. That piece of code needs to be placed right above the </body> tag near the bottom of the web page. For more detailed stats, we also offer Urchin Web Analyzer for our hosting clients.
